Ear Hero Sales Inc. 30 Day Return Policy

We understand that as with any product sometimes it is not the right fit.  If you are not satisfied with any of the earHero products simply send us an email at info@earhero.com with the reason you are not satisfied and your order number and we will respond with shipping instructions.  The product must be in new condition including all packaging.  If product is returned within the 30 day return policy without all original packaging in new condition it will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.  Shipping cost cannot be recovered so we can not refund shipping costs.

Ear Hero Sales Inc. Limited Warranty Policy

All Ear Hero proprietary products have a Limited 90–day Warranty for defects in the product caused by the material or the workmanship, extended only to the purchaser of the product. If you think you might be eligible for a refund, please contact us for help at info@earhero.com to determine if you are in fact eligible. If you are eligible, your product will be repaired using new parts or you will be provided with a new product at Ear Hero Sales discretion. While you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product to us, we will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced product back to you.

This warranty only covers defects in the materials or workmanship that appear through normal usage. Defects or damages that appear because from other causes, which include but are not limited to, commercial use, theft, vandalism, misuse, excessive moisture, improper maintenance or storage, alternations of the product not authorized by Ear Hero Sales Inc. or acts of God, are not covered by this warranty.

This warranty guarantees that there will be no defects the product as a result of materials or workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase and expires at the end of the 90 days from the purchase date.

This warranty is only eligible in the country of purchase.

Other than the limited warranty, there are no express warranties. Where permitted by law, any implied warranties, condition of merchant ability, and fitness for a particular purpose are limited to the duration of the limited warranty (90 days). Also where permitted by law, under no circumstances will Ear Hero Sales Inc. be held responsible for any incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or indirect damages, even if Ear Hero Sales Inc. was aware of the possibility of such damages in advance.

Certain states and jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of indirect damages or the limitation of the length of an implied warranty, so the limitations or exclusions described above may not apply to you. Repairs after warranty period has expired

Rest assured that we will take care of you after the Limited 90–day Warranty period has expired.  Should your earphones break you have the option to purchase a repair.  This repair will return your earphones to like new condition and include a new 90-day limited warranty.  Simply Click Here to purchase a repair.  Once you have purchased the repair please mail your broken set of earHero's back to us with a copy of your receipt for the purchase of the repair.  Shipping back to you will be added to the repair price automatically.  Please contact us with any questions.

Shipping Policy

We use USPS flat rate shipping in order to keep the cost down and deliver the product as fast as possilbe with tracking.  Typically deliveries in the US arive within 3 days of the shipping date.  Orders recieved durring business hours are typically shipped out the next business day, and orders ordered on Friday or over the weekend will be shipped the following business day.  

International Shipping Policy

We do ship international shipments to many countries however, in order to ensure safe delivery we require tracking which can be expensive.  There are some countries that do charge custom and duty charges.  We have no way to know what those charges are so unfortunately it is the buyers responsibility to take care of these custom and duty charges which are not included in the shipping charges.
